As an example, if a prospect registers for an event you can schedule an automatic confirmation email to deploy immediately, followed by a reminder email five days later. The system will also send a notification to the event coordinator so the status of the campaign can be continually monitored.

Marketing messages can be deployed across multiple channels and multiple touch points. As campaigns get automatically executed there are alerts and an information feedback loop that will allow you to refine the campaigns for maximum results.

Our campaign wizard enables you to quickly and easily map out each step of your campaign and tie an appropriate collateral piece to it so you can ensure each message conforms to branding and campaign standards. Using NML, you can dynamically schedule secondary marketing messages and follow-up actions based on how a prospect responds to your original messages. You can even change how prospects receive messages, such as shifting to direct mail instead of email if necessary.
