Gurpreet Bains, President and CEO

Gurpreet Bains is a 28-year technology industry veteran whose career includes corporate management, sales, marketing and ownership in the last 20 years. His success comes from his unique ability to use his technological experiences to solve business challenges which has resulted in the creation of Aleet and Nurture My Leads, advanced marketing automation solutions. His self-funded ventures have taught him valuable lessons in doing more with less and channeling resources to focus on defined objectives. This was the key factor in the success of Computer Information Technology Corp., an IT consulting business that he started in 1987. It provides IT consulting and software development services to medium and large size companies. Mr. Bains has a BA in Math and Economics, MA in Economics and has taken various Marketing, Accounting and Management courses at Arizona State University.

Michael Sprankle, Director of sales

Michael Sprankle is responsible for driving the growth of the company's business, managing relationships with the company's customers,  and forming strategic partnerships.  With close to 21 years of experience in sales, sales management and business development, Michael brings 9 years of software sales experience where he was instrumental in driving the growth of revenue, business and partnerships. Michael is a 1987 graduate of Penn State University and post graduate work includes various certificate programs including Cisco Network Certification and HTML expert level Certification.

Bert McComas, Director of Marketing

Bert McComas has 24 years of experience in technology and marketing. He is best known for his work as an independent technology analyst with Inquest Market Research. Mr McComas has more than a decade of experience in senior level strategic marketing roles in the semiconductor industry with industry leaders based in the Silicon Valley and Tokyo.  Mr McComas is educated in Electrical Engineering, is proficient in Japanese, and brings extensive hands on experience in web marketing and open source development.

John Bord , Advisor

Mr. Bord has 20 years of marketing, advertising and public relations background and is recognized for his thought leadership for integrating strategic marketing with one-to-one and digital print communications, John is a featured speaker for Hewlett-Packard and the American Marketing Association at national and International conferences, as well as executive seminars. Mr. Bord received his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Arizona State University and earned an MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.  He also holds Executive Certificates in International Marketing Management and International Marketing Strategy from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. 

John is Past-President of the Phoenix Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and recently served on the Professional Chapters Council for the American Marketing Association in Chicago.  In addition, John is a Faculty member in the College of Business for the University of Phoenix Southern Arizona Campus.
